For patients and clients:
You make a profile of your own and you can search for the health care providers on this website, then you can contact them by the message center and ask if they can help with your specific issue. If they do, then they confirm it and you can pay them the specific amount of fee that they ask for. You can do that by any credit or debit card or bank accounts. Payments is through Paypal, to our account, and we pay the money to the Provider of the services after deducting the fees of service. This fee is 10% at this time, which covers the Paypal’s services and our cost of services . You can contact the health care providers by email or your preferred way of communications. You will directly deal with the provider.
Please note that we do not sponsor any of the providers and they are not associated with us in any way. They are independent professionals and they have to be licensed in their state. They cannot practice without license. It is against our policy for anyone to practice medicine or medical advice without having license.
We have a credentialing process which takes only few days to get done, and then the provider should maintain his or her license afterwards throughout his/her practice and membership at this website.
To confirm their credentials we have a process in progress and if you see the sign that they are credentialed on their profile that means that we have their credentials checked and we have their files on records. It’s up to the providers/Professionals to send their documents to us for verification.

You can make your profile in few minutes and provide proper information about your practice in your profile. In your profile you can set the fee that you are intending to charge the clients/patients. You can choose how much you want to charge your patients and clients. You need to be credentialed with us, in order to do that, we need your documents to be sent to us for verifications. This process might take few days after we receive your documents. We encourage you to start this process as soon as you sign up with us.
There is a $ 100.00 fee for this process; however for the first 100 providers who sign in before March 2010, we wave this fee.
Please remember if you are not a licensed provider in your state, you can not use this website in order to provide services.

Please note that your account will be credited at the end of each calendar month after deduction of the service fee, which is 10% at this time. We are hoping as the service becomes more popular we can bring down the costs of services in future.
